Legal Question in Family Law in New York

how can i make it so my mother has nothing to do with my future and have nothing to do with my newborn child. im afraid she might try to file for custody saying i am an unfit parent.

There's nothing you can do to stop her from doing that.

If you have nothing to hide the court will see that.
