Marital Debt after Divorce

i got divorced 2 years ago we had an equitable distribuition i have the custody of my kids and he pays me alimony.now 2 years later one bill from the oil company for the house came in his name .we already sold the house and i got 60% of it.now do i have to pay half of the bill?

It would depend on the language in the settlement agreement.
