Legal Question in Family Law in New York

marital property and dating

My Husband and I are not living together any more but not legally separated. Are there any legal repercussions to be faced if either of us dates?

Can my Husband sell things we bought and paid for together while we were married, even though his name is on everything without telling my about it or etc.?

My Husband built his home before we were married but for 7 yrs while I lived there with him we invested in it together-----can he sell that now without me getting any of the profit?

Can he force me to go thru a divorce while I am not financially able to afford an Attorney?
