Legal Question in Family Law in New York

''Marital''palimony?

My question is if i have been living with someone for 15 years and paying 1/2 of all expenses on house and personal expenses-- his name is on the house, not mine-- do I have any rights to financial ''expectations'', if i leave?

Generally, no right to financial "expectation".

However, if your money went for improvements to the home that increased it's value, you may have a claim for same.
