Marriage annulment

What is the maximum time after people are married can they request an annulment and not have to go through a divorce

It depends on the grounds upon which the annulment is sought. In many cases, however, a party may not maintain such an action after continuing to live with the spouse as her/his husband/wife. Consult a knoweldgeable attorney immediately to determine whether this option is available to you and, if so, how to preserve and exercise it.
