You indicate two states, one where you were married and the one you moved to, for purposes of attending school. First what is your legal state, where you have residence etc and what state are you currently in.From this information, you may have grounds for an anullment in one if not both states, subject to that state's laws. For NY you may want to look at the Domestic Relations Law which spells out what the grounds areand other related info. You may want to look at your libary at school if they have this. As you do not provide specific information, I would suggest you consult a local attorney for specific guidance as there may be time limitations for you to act if you want an anullment and specific information would be needed to determine that.

This is not intended to be legal advice or to form an attorney/client relationship.consult an attorney for specific guidance.
