Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Married for close to 20 years... never lived together... Wife owns a house, has a mortgage, college loans, credit card debt, co-signed for Son's car and student/college loans...Am I responsible for any or all of her debt?

If debt occurred before marriage, you are not responsible for debt unless the debt was accumulate during the marriage. Debts occurred during the marriage are marital and shared with spouse debtor.
