Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am married with 3 kids me and my wife are together just for the kids we dont talk unless its about the kids,still live in the same house, i pay all the bills, ive been there since the kids were born and i control my self never to get physical, now it is getting too much and going too far, on saturday i dropped her to church with the kids at 10 am, i work nights i sleep during the day, i go to work at 10 pm, they were not home, at 10:30pm my son text me and said they were over her friend, about 1am i called him and ask him if they were home he said no, at 1:30 am i spoke to my daughter they were still over her friend, now i have a 1 month old baby with her, out all day i never got a call from her i worry about the kids it is a dangerous out there and dont know whats on her mindnow since the law is on the woman side is there any action or anything i can do to protect my kids and stop her from doing that, since as their father she dont ackowledge me of where the kids are and do not want anything to happen to the kids.
