Legal Question in Family Law in New York

getting married want to keep my maiden name hyph. my husbands name. will i have to change all my legal creditors etc. home, checking ss medicare health ins, car home etc or can some remain since i will still carry my present name too,

You can keep your maiden name. When you go and get your marriage license, you can declare what legal name you want to go by.
