Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i married a man that has an ex wife and a child who lives with an ex wife. I am coming into a very large sum of money, and want to know if there is anyway his exwife can do anything about it. can she use this against us to get more child support? she does not and never has gotten alimony and she is remarried.

No, your inheritance would not be something considered with regard to your spouse's child support obligations.

If you are supporting your husband and there is a child support order which your husband refuses or is unable to pay, the ex wife could get child support payments from you, the source of your husband's support.
