Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I got married 2 months ago. My husband and I would both like to know if an annulment is possible or if we must opt for divorce. We live in NY.

If you were induced into the marriage by fraud, then you can seek an annulment. Otherwise, you can file for a no-fault uncontested divorce,

The above answer is not technically correct. No-fault requires a breakdown of the marriage for at least 6 months. You are only married 2 months, which means that you will need to wait another 4 months before you can file. As far as annulment, that is not easy in NY... you need to meet certain requirements.
