Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i was married in ny and i am living in massachusetts. However i still have a ny license. My ex to be is living in ct. i am not sure were i should file for a divorce. I am pretty sure there is nothing to fight over we just want to be divorced. please advise. I do not want to spend a lot of money.

It depends on how long you are living in MA. However, I would file in CT because that is your future ex's residence.
