Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been married since seotember 2010. My husband is in the military and left the country. While being out of the country he neglected me and started getting crazy. We were married in queens ny, where he is now back at. But I moved to los angeles. He served me papers back in july. his lawyer is impossible to contact. Im looking for a lawyer in nyc area who is willing to waive the.fee until after winning, or a small fee. we have no children or houses.
