Do I have to allow her in

Married but sepparated for nearly a year. Now in relationship with other. If wife gets kicked out of place she lives, by law do I have to provide for her (shelter or anything else)?

So as to relieve your self of any possible claim for support, you may want to consider filing for divorce.
