I got married a week ago with my kids father. can i apply for a divorce or do i have to wait?

You will have to wait at least 7 months and then file for a no-fault divorce, unless you try for an annulment now (which requires very particular circumstances such as fraud). You can't get an annulment just because you think you made a mistake in getting married.
