Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am married to my wife for 5 years, I met her with 3 kids, we are going through a divorce now, I am responsible for paying spousal support and child support for her 3 kids that I met her with. She was living in the USA illegal and I believe that she con me into marring so that she can get a Green Card
