Legal Question in Family Law in New York
i have been married one year and just found out my husband has lied to
me from the beginning he has a grown daughter that he never told me about
and also he did not tell me he has huge finicial debt do i need a divorce or can
i get an annulment

Divorce is much easier, but you need to meet certain grounds which you may not have. The new no-fault law will be effective next month so you may be able to use that. Feel free to call me to discuss (no charge).
