In Ny you will pay 17% of your income for child sup[port.

You will also be required to pay alimony since you have been married for four years.

Are you interested in obtaining custody of your child?

Regarding child support, NY law obligates you to pay 17% for your income up to 80k. Child support for income over 80k is usually discretionally.

Your obligation to pay alimony to your wife depends on the grounds for divorce, and many other factors, such as duration of marriage.

You should consult a lawyer in order to protect your rights. Child support is mandatory, whereas alimony to a spouse depends on many factors and can be disputed.
