Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I been marry for almost 2 years now, my husband just married to get more benifts from the army. All this time he has been gettin payed extra for having me as a dependent and i never seen a dime. I been asking for him to file for divorce but he doesnt do nothing about it,Am not working and wld like to know if i cld still file for divorce

Of course you can, as long as you meet one of the requirements for grounds: abandonment, cruel and inhuman treatment, adultery, imprisonment or legal separation for a year.
