Maximum age when child support stops

Does child support stop on the childs 21'st birthday? Can child support be extended past age 21 if they are fulltime students?

Re: Maximum age when child support stops

Only if the the "paying" parent agrees or stipulates to paying support past the age of 21; or if the mandated payment is included in a Separation or Divorce Settlement.
