medical bills and health ins.
when our adopted daughter was
18 she went to live with birth mother. she has lived there for 1 1/2 years. She just graduated from
high school. Birth mother just canceled health ins. on her. Who
is now responsible for any medical bills.

As the adoptive parents, you are responsible for the bills of your underage daughter, but once she is over the age of 18 and emancipated, living on her own and paying her own expenses, you may not be liable for any of these bills.
