Mileage Restrictions

I want to move from my neighborhood desparately because it has been very bad and is getting worse and I have a 30-mile restriction from the court. Can I submit my neighborhood community newspaper clippings about my neighborhood to prove to the court that it is very necessary to move; and in turn remove the mileage restrictions.

Petition the court for permission to relocate. Then you can ask the court to review the articles regarding your neighborhood.
