Minor

my 15 yr old is pregnant. do I have the right to make her have an abortion as long as she's under my custody?

No.

But, You ARE NOT have obligated support your grandchild. Nor are you required to permit your 15 yr old, to continue to live with you, during her pregancy or afterwards. So, she can choose to continue with her pregnancy. But, You can choose to have her removed from your home.

Perhaps if you give her a clear and emphatic statement of your position, ie., "move one way or the other," your 15yr old, will decide she wants to continue to live "at home," rather than fend forself, on whatever little you may be required to pay for her child support, to someone else.
