Mom in need!!!!!!!

i live in new york and my Ex-boyfriend moved to florida with ower son.this was only for a limited time, now he does not what to give him back.It has been 3years and still no return.I got married and had a nother child and things got really bad.When i call he tells my son he is never coming back to new york.my son wants to come home but his father told him NO. The only reason i let my son go was because, my Ex(childs father)is sick and he wanted to spend time with him before his health went.And now he wouldn't let me see my son.

This is a difficult, but common problem. The ex must conform with the terms of the custody agreement or order. If he does not, then there are a variety of legal actions you can take.

Judges are very sympathetic to your problem and the first thing you must do is determine what the agreement says.
