can my mom put me in rehab

I am 32,not married and i drink , she now has custudy of my 3 kids.I am expecting a other baby in Sept. and i still drink once in awhile and my mother is threating to have me put in a rehab , can she do that? and if yes. what if I got married then could she do that?

No, your mother can not force you into a rehab unless you are a danger to yourself and/or others.

However, if you would like to petition the court for joint custody and have a say in the future of your 4 children it prob is a good idea to voluntarily go into a rehab.
