mortgage and seperation

Husband left the state, his name is also on the mortgage. How do I get his name off the mortgage or get him to pay his half?

I assume the house is marital, which means that he is entitled to some of the equity. So getting his name off is not that easy. Also, it sounds like you need to consult with a divorce attorney to discuss getting contribution from him for expenses.
