Legal Question in Family Law in New York

The mother is saying inappropraite things to the children about their father.

My friends are legally seperated and have 2 children. The father left the mother for another woman he fell in love with..they are not living together yet. Legal papers were signed for joint custody of the children. The problem is that the mother is constantly 'verbally poisoning' the kids about their father. She tells them about the father and other woman sleeping together and many many other issues. These children are getting terribly afftected by this. Is there any legal way to put a stop to this? These children are under 12 years old. They tell their father what has been said and they get angry with him. He is an amazing father and exteremly large provider for every one of them. His custody says he shares the children fully.

I don't believe it is appropriate to provdie legal advice to someone other than the person seeking the advice. There are ways to handle such situations through the Court. If your friend would like to discuss the issues with me or my associate, please feel free to pass along our information or he can contact my secretary, Debbie, at 856-795-6700 to schedule a consultation.
