me and my fiance live together for past 6 yrs, we built a home 3 years ago, its only in her name, i had credit issues at the time, in the 3 yrs i have paid 1/2 of mortage payments, and bought a ton of stuff for the house, i want to move out , am i entitled to any thing from her?? {she wants to end it} we spilt all home bills, food gas, water?

Depends. Did you give her any part of the down payment - if one was required? Also, the "ton of stuff" that you purchased, did it go into improving the house, such as new floors, paint, etc... You may be entitled for compensation for the money that you put including the money that you paid toward the mortgage - but since your name is not on the title, and you are not/were not married at the time you purchased the house, she alone is entitled to the proceeds from the sale of the house.
