Legal Question in Family Law in New York

am i able to move an hour and fifteen minutes out of the county with my child? i have my 1st court date in September for custody and visitation. my child lives with me and there are no agreements or court orders

If your court date is within the next 30 days what is the rush to move before then? Are you being evicted? Is there some other reason that you need to move immediately?
