Moving out age

I want to know when I can legally mve out of my home without my fathers consent, what age do I have to be in order to move out legally.

The way you phrased the question is interesting.

1. You can move out without breaking any law at any time.

2. Up until the age of 18, your father can require you to move back.

It's not about his advance consent, just about whether he will require you to move back after you leave.
