moving out

in 2004 me and my fiance bought a

home together, the house is in her name only, and i have contibued toward all upkeep of home, and downpayment, as well as paying 1/2 of all house bills together and all home purchases, bedrood set, living room set, and more, we are not getting along and we want to spilt up, am i entitled to anything, because all i hear from her is that iam going to have a hard time getting anything from her...help?

If you can prove that you actually brought things for the home, gave money toward the down payment and covered some of the mortgage payments, then yes you have a claim for the amount of contribution and maybe the appreciation.

You have an uphill battle and would benefit from having an attorney represent you. Your counsel would need to establish an equitable partnership before you had any right to be considered more than a "tenant" of your fiance (by only putting the house in one name, there is a rebuttable presumption that you did not intend to be joint owners prior to getting married). Find a lawyer and have all of your documents together to show the payments and contributions, especially the downpayment.
