moving out of town with child
Is it ok to move out of town with child as long as im in the same state

There may be a problem if it interferes with the non-custodial parent's visitation. For example, if the non-custodial parent is permitted to visit with the child after school two day per week and you move away to an area not easily accessible to the other parent, that may present a problem. It all depends on certain factors such as whether there is a court order of custody/visitation in place and/or whether the non-custodial parent objects to the move.

There are no restrictions on moving within the state unless a court specifically prohibited that in an Order.
