Legal Question in Family Law in New York

There are several questions that must be answered,

First, how long has your neice lived with you in New York?

Second, do you have any documentation that your sister or brother granted you custody or guardianship or even a document allowing you to handle medical treatment in the case of an emergency in their absense?

Third, are there any relatives that can back you up?

Fourth, what is the status of your neice's parents?
