When does the non-custodial parent finish paying child support

I have an 18 yr old daughter, i signed to say i would support her until she was 18, has the age changed, she is going to college in the fall

It depends upon the specifics of your agreement, and what the court ordered, if there is a court order in your case.

Ordinarily, in New York, support is required until age 21, except when the child is emancipated. Going to college is ordinarily not considered emancipation, and many courts require support through the end of an undergraduate education, even if that takes you past age 21.
