Non-custodial parent's move and visitation
How far away (in terms of miles and travel time) can a non-custodial parent move and still require weekend visitation? The child involved is 11 years old. Generally, on what grounds will such requests to move be granted without having the visitation changed and on what grounds will such a move cause a change in the weekend visitation schedule over the objections of the non-custodial parent?

Up to the point where the child is spending too much time traveling.
Suggest you consult with an experienced matrimonial attorney.
