NY civil evidence code

Does the civil evidence code provide for ''reasonable reimbursements'' for a 3rd party responding to a subppoena Duces Tecum for documents? I know that California Code 1563 states reasonable costs can be billed at $24/hr and 20cents/page for copies.

The Civil Procedure Law and the Judiciary Code cover the issue you have asked about.

The code does provide for reasonable re-imbursement however maybe not a generous as that provided for by California.
