Legal Question in Family Law in New York

What happens in NY if the schedule of dates for court events, such as discovery, submission of documents, trial, etc... are listed with the wrong year: ie. January 5,2009, which has long since come and gone? Can I use this error to get an adjournment? This is a divorce action in Supreme Court and I am pro se.

Not likely. This is a common mistake with the start of a new year.
