If a child lives with me and is 18 and working do I still have to pay child support

If he is working full time and not in school, he may be deemed emancipated. If the child is emancipated you do not need to pay child support.
Furthermore, if you have both physical and legal custody of the child, you do not need to pay child support.
What you must remember is that you just cannot stop paying if there is a Child Support Order in place. You would have to petition the Family Court to stop payment.
