How can I obtain a divorce, if my spouse resides in a different country and we have not had any contact in over 5 years.

You would have to serve your husband with papers in the country where he resides.

If you know your husband's address abroad, it is possible to try to serve him with the papers there and then if he does not respond, you can get your divorce here.

You should consult with a divorce lawyer, to discuss the technicality and procedure.
