use offormer husbands sir name after remarring

When a divorced woman remarries, can she legally continue using her first husbands sir name. Can she use her first husbands sir name for credit card use and also for checking accounts and bank accounts??

A divorced remarried woman can legally continue using her divorced husband's surname, in any way and on any type of document she might have formerly used "her" surname.

Usually, a divorce Judgment specifies that the parties "MAY" resume use their former surname or any other name ....

But, "May" DOES NOT mean that a divorced person must use any particular (former or subsequent) surname, the person may be entitled to use.

Additionally, please be note that a woman IS NOT required to use (or be known by) her husband's, surname, if that is not her personal choice.
