order of protection
Is an order of protection faulty if it states no distance at all. In other words, how close or far you must be?

No. There does not have to be distance parameters for it to be a valid Order. The distance parameters would be deemed a reasonable distance. A reasonable distance is, essentially, a distance where you would not be able to bother your wife. Generally, that would mean her property and place of employment. If you see her randomly (like in shopping center parking lot), you should make a concerted effort to stay away from her.
