Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i have order of protection against me ,n have lost custody of my son,a relative wants me to write a letter to him n they will give it to him on the down low,what are the consecences to me on this action?

The consequences depends upon many factors, including who is enforcing the Order of Protection to begin with.

While I do NOT advise you to contract your son if it is in violation of the Order terms, there may be a chance that such contact would go without notice. I still do not think it is worth it if you intend to petition for custody in the future.

Since I do not know the details of your Order, I can only tell you that violating its terms may subject you to fines and/or jail for contempt in the Family Court or Criminal court.
