An order of protection is required. Also make theft report. Go to the nearest Police house and make reports.

Your son needs an "order of protection." He needs to go to the Family Court in the county where he lives. The Family Court will provide him with the necessary paperwork.

If he has an attorney for the divorce, his attorney should be able to assist him with this as well. Otherwise, he should get a local attorney who practices family law.
