order for service of summons by publication
When placing the summons for Divorce with notice in a publication do you only print the summons with notice or do you have to include the order for service of summons by publication?

You would follow the exact language in the order. If the language directs publication of the order and summons with notice, both are published. If the order directs publication of the summons and notice, only the summons and notice is published.
