Overtime

Should overtme be figured in when figuring child

support?

Absolutely yes - nearly every type of income with a few exceptions - is includable in child support calculations. One word of caution however is that overtime can be a one time thing - or something that the worker may claim will not be available in the future. The court may then use it's discretion. Good luck!
