Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if you have paid all child support and been doing everything you can to make your child happy can the mother of your child refuse to allow your overnite visit? if not what can i do to make shure that i will not have bthis happen again?

Financial support has nothing to do with visitation in a situation like this. The age of the child, the appropriateness of your living space and the best interests of the child are paramount. You need to file a petition in family court for a visitation order and demonstrate to the court that it is appropriate for your child to stay overnight.
