Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hello, I didn't paid the child support for in NYC for 11 years. I'm living in another country now. Can I visit USA? What is a good situation when I come? What is a worst situation I can be involve?

Maybe I can arrive to any other state? For example the NJ?

Your spouse can enforce arrears you owed. If you moved to another state, she can enforce child support order in another state unless age of emancipation in NJ is different than in New York.
