Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I paid a lawyer for a very simple divorce, After all the papers were signed and went to the courts, while being processed, the last page with our signatures some how were not there. Now my very soon to be x husband will not re sign the papers, My lawyer said now we have to put it on the contested calendar . I dont have any more money for this. Do I have any other options?

Not really. If your husband refuses to sign the uncontested papers your only option is to pursue a contested case.
