does the parent paying the child support pay more if they were to get married again and what is the age for children to make own decision who they want to live with. Thanks Gary

Child support is based upon the parents ability to pay. This is based upon many factors and may in some cases include the benefit that the new spouse adds to the equation but under normal circumstances, no child support should not increase in this situation. If the custodial parent files a petition for an upward modification, you must consider getting a qualified family court attorney to represent you.
