Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Parental requirements

My 19 year old daughter has caused huge problems in my family for a number of years, but more so the past 4 years. Can I legally throw her out of the house? It's come to either my marriage fails or my daughter leaves the house. Thank you.

You can ask her to leave & publish a notice that you are not responsible for any of her expenses.
